Ilona joined Good Source in the Spring of 2008 as an in-house Registered Dietician. She brings with her an extensive background in Dietetics. Her familiarity and experience in hospital facilities, community nutrition programs as well as background in food manufacturing/sales with Nestle, USA, makes Ilona an outstanding fit with the Good Source team.

Ilona, originally from the UK, is now firmly rooted in San Diego where she has lived for over 10 years. She is very hands on and driven by the belief that you get what you put in. Ilona explains, “I enjoy a challenge and feel great satisfaction from a job well done.”

When she is not working on a new menu or analyzing labels, Ilona enjoys biking, swimming, yoga, cooking with her husband and walking their two dogs.
