What are your minimums? Do I have to buy a full truckload of product?
All of our minimums are stated at the bottom of our emails, mailers, and postcards. If you cannot find a minimum on our marketing materials, please contact your sales representative. Our minimums are on an offer by offer basis and we do offer volume discounts.

All of our vendors go through a rigorous application process. Our vendors have to meet requirements such as proven records with national food banks, credit worthiness, liability insurance and quality assurance policies before we call them an Approved Vendor.
What are your recall capabilities?
We have full recall capabilities from tracing products from vendors to customers, as well as announcing all related recall information on our company website.
Why are your products available?
Our products are available due to manufacturer’s discrepancies. They are quality assured and 100% wholesome. Many items are manufactured to order and reduced in cost because of the volume we represent.

Except for infant formula and some baby food, product dating is not required. If a calendar date is shown, immediately adjacent to the date must be a phrase explaining the meaning of that date such as “sell by” or “use before”.

Our products are made in the US; however we do have some products imported to us upon your request. Our full disclosure policy offers detailed reasons why the product is available, dating information, and country of origin.
Do you have a catalog?
Many of our items are not stocked in a warehouse, but shipped directly from our vendors. Some of our products are available on a one time basis, so if you are looking for something specific we are a great resource. We have chosen to not stock many of our items in a warehouse where extra chargers are incurred. Rather, we ship products directly to your from our plants giving you the most savings. Anytime you are looking to purchase items, let us shop for you and save!

If I don’t purchase my products from Good Source, won’t they just be donated?
No. The Special Buys you see from Good Source are made available to you, the non-profit sector, instead of being sold into secondary retail stores like 99¢ stores and club stores. There are many manufacturers who do donate to nonprofits but of course, there are times when they need to get some monetary return on their imperfects or seconds items. These items we make available to you at incredible discounts.
